ရခိုင်ဒေသအတွင်း ကြုံတွေ့နေရသော ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများ(ခ) နယ်မြေဒေသ
ချင်းပြည်တောင်ဖက် ပလက်ဝမြို့နယ်အပါအဝင် စစ်ကော်မရှင်နှင့် အာရက္ခတပ်တော်တို့ ကိုယ်စီထိန်းချုပ်ထားသော ရခိုင်ပြည်အတွင်း မြို့နယ် (၁၇) ခု။(ဂ) အချိန်ကာလ
၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ အောက်တိုဘာလမှ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလထိ (၅) လတာကာလ။ရခိုင်ဒေသသည် နိုဝင်ဘာ၊ ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်မှ စ၍ တကျော့ပြန်စစ်ပွဲများကြောင့် လုံခြုံရေးအခြေအနေ မတည်ငြိမ်မှုများ၊ လမ်းပန်းဆက်သွယ်ရေး ပိတ်ဆို့ခံရမှုများ၊ စစ်ရေးပဋိပက္ခကြောင့် ဒေသတွင်း ရွှေ့ပြောင်းနေထိုင်မှုများအပြင် အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံများ ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးမှုကြောင့် လူမှုရေးနှင့် စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ အခက်အခဲများစွာကို ခါးစည်းခံရင်ဆိုင်နေရသော ဒေသတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ဒေသတွင်းပြည်သူများ၏ ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများသည် စိုးရိမ်ဖွယ်အဆင့်သို့ ရောက်ရှိလာနေသည်။
ယခုလေ့လာချက်သည် ဒေသတွင်းသတင်းမီဒီယာများမှ ဖော်ပြထားသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်များအပြင် ဒေသခံပြည်သူများ၏ ပြောကြားချက်များ အပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ ရခိုင်ပြည်သူများကြုံတွေ့နေရသော ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာစိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို အဓိကအာရုံစိုက်ထားသည်။

မာန်အောင်မြို့နယ်တွင် စစ်ကော်မရှင်၏ ကုန်းလမ်း၊ ရေလမ်းပိတ်ဆို့မှုကြောင့် ဆေးဝါးနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ပြတ်လပ်နေပြီး၊ ကုတင် (၅၀)ဆံ့ ပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံတွင်လည်း ကျွမ်းကျင်ဆရာဝန်များ မလုံလောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ဆေးပစ္စည်းပြတ်လပ်ခြင်းကြောင့် ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်မိခင်နှင့် ကလေးသူငယ်များအပါအဝင် နာတာရှည်ရောဂါသည်များအနေဖြင့်

ကျောက်တော်မြို့နယ်တွင် ၁၃ နှစ်အရွယ် ကလေးတစ်ဦး ငှက်ဖျားကြောင့် သေဆုံး
"ဆေးရုံကိုရောက်တော့ သွေးဖောက်တယ်။ သွေးစစ်တော့ ငှက်ဖျားပိုးက ဦးနှောက်ကို ရောက်သွားတယ်လို့ ပြောတယ်။ ဆေးခန်းပြမယ်ဆိုပြီး မြေးအဖိုးနှစ်ယောက် လာခဲ့ကြတာ။ ခြေလျင်လျှောက်ပြီး တောင်နှစ်လုံးလောက် ကျော်ပြီးလာတာဖြစ်တော့ ပင်ပန်းတာကြောင့် ပိုနေမကောင်းဖြစ်သွားတယ်။ အဖိုးဖြစ်သူက ကျောပိုးလာတာ။ လမ်းမှာကတည်းက (ကလေးက) စကားမပြောတော့ဘူး" ဟု ဆွေမျိုးတော်စပ်သူ
